Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
